Pastor Larry and his wife, Carol, have been the Pastors at First Assembly since August 2002. They have pastored churches in Paisley, LaPine, and Canby Oregon. Prior to coming to Prineville, Pastor Larry was the Director of Admissions at Salem Bible College in Salem, Oregon.

They married in 1966 and have 3 grown children -- Tanya, Shawna and Isaiah. They also have 6 grandsons -- Michael, Matthew, Mark who live in Salem, Oregon. and Ethan, Kyle and Carter who live in Bend, Oregon.

Their vision for First Assembly of God is to provide a place where individuals can come to a service that is comfortable, friendly and informative. Their heart's desire is to present people with the simple truths of Scripture in a way that they can be easily applied to daily living.

Carol serves as the Intercessory Prayer Team Coordinator and Decorator for the church.

Jess, pictured with his wife Marilyn, serves as a  board member. In addition he teaches the Adult Sunday School Class.

Jim and Marilyn are musicians for our worship team on Sunday morning services and Wednesday evenings. Marilyn serves on the church board.

Tim and Sandra have been actively involved in church ministry and are currently leading our Youth Department and in teaching the Preteen and Teen Sunday school classes. In addition, Tim serves as a board member.

Gary is a Board member and Marilyn serves as one of the church's quilters.

Carolyn, pictured here with her husband Les, serves as the church Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor.  Carolyn also is the Director of our Christian Education Department and is responsible for our Sunday school ministry and directing "Kid's Konnection" which is our children's church ministry for ages 5 - 12.

Randy has a heart and passion for music. He serves as the Sunday morning worship leader. He is pictured here with his granddaughter Elyce Shields.

John and Barbara are responsible for the monthly preparations for The Lord's Table.

Phyllis, pictured with her husband Bill and their granddaughter Tasha, has been a member of the church since her childhood. She is the Women's Ministries Coordinator.

Loretta is pictured here with her husband; J.B. Loretta is responsible for the training and staffing of First Assembly's Nursery.

Juanita, pictured with her husband Marvin, coordinates the church’s quilting ministry. The quilts they make have gone to Grandma’s House and Teen Challenge in Bend, Oregon, The Shepherd’s Ministry in LaPine, Oregon and to needy people in our community.

Kirk and Patty, pictured with their children Melody, Faith, Truman, and Brittany, are very active in church ministry. Kirk is in charge of staffing and training all ushers and greeters while Patty participates as a member of the worship team.

Robin, pictured here with his wife Betty, is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the church property.

Sue has been the Principal of Crook County Christian School from its inception and, with the Lord's guidance and strength, has been the driving force behind the growth of this premier Christian school. 

Linda has served Crook County Christian School as the Administrative Assistant from the beginning of the school.  She is pictured here with her husband, Norman.
