Richard and Monica minister to students on campus at the University of Oregon. The university campus is one of the most strategic mission fields in the United States and they are reaching, disciplining and sending out the next generation of cultural and world influencers.

They served a two-year internship with the Chi Alpha ministry at Oregon State University and also served as Associate/Youth Pastors in Eugene, Oregon for over six years. Richard has a B.A. from Bethany College and has started a Master's Degree program at George Fox Evangelical Seminary. Monica has started a B.A. program at Northwest College.

Richard is a fan of the University of Oregon Ducks, the 49ers and the Portland Trailblazers, but is not yet settled on a favorite baseball team. He enjoys sports, music, photography, art, reading, movies, comedy and a good practical joke.
