John Rodli serves as the director for International Correspondence Institute (ICI) in Portugal. This position provides the opportunity to print literature that helps national pastors to conduct their ministries.

Another important area of ministry is to encourage and help facilitate unity among pastors that are ministering in the same geographical area. The Rodli's are working to organize pastors to pray together and grow in their vision to work together as co-laborers. There is already a new openness among some pastors that needs to reinforced, nurtured and encouraged for the sake of the gospel.
