Bill and Diane are involved in church planting in the area of Castile and Leon Spain. Since they came back from deputation in February of 2010they have been involved in four church planting projects. The Jacksons have been involved in starting an Assembly of God church in the city of Segovia, in the village of Turegano, in the city of Zamora and in the area of Sanabria.

They were able to find leadership and turn over the churches in Segovia and Turegano to an Argentine pastor in July of 2010. They continue to work in the city of Zamora and the rural region of Sanabria.

Church planting means they are spreading the Gospel through the distribution of literature as well as through ongoing weekly open air preaching.

Church planting also means they are working at leading new believers to greater spiritual maturity and preparing leadership.
