Carl & Terri Gibbs have been missionaries with the Oregon District Assemblies of God for 26 years. They have spent time in Brazil and Portugal but are now affiliated with an international system of Graduate Studies Centers through Global University.

They have been involved in overseeing 32 pastoral training courses that are now studied in 462 learning centers. To date, there have been over 22,000 graduates from this program with another 19,000 who study weekly in five countries. In this last decade the Gibb's have overseen the development of 46 courses being used in 64 countries in 7 languages.

Carl has taught extensively as pastor's conferences and seminars incountries such as Kenya, Lamawi, Burkina Faso, Finland and Portugal.
